I ordered a hoodie and a vinyl from lanadelrey.com, the hoodie is nicer than I expected. It’s soft, a bit thicker than I thought it would be, and the print looks really clean too — always a relief when merch doesn’t feel cheaply made.
I’m giving it 4 stars because shipping took a while, and the packaging had a small dent when it arrived, which was a little annoying, not gonna lie. Thankfully, the hoodie and vinyl were totally fine, so overall I’m happy with the quality, even if the price felt a bit high...

I ordered from lanadelrey.com the shipping was quicker than I thought it’d be. I got the tracking email after a couple days, and then the package showed up with no issues at all. It wasn’t, like, super instant or anything... but still solid. I’d definitely order again, as long as I’m not in a major rush!

I don’t really see what there is to complain about here, the site was simple to browse, and checking out worked fine for me. A few pages did load a little slow on my end, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

I ordered a black shirt, but what showed up was a completely different color and size (not even close to what I picked). I also had to wait way too long to hear back from customer service. It’s just really frustrating when the order isn’t right in the first place

I’ve emailed customer service twice about my order and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s really frustrating because I have no idea what I’m supposed to do next or whether anyone is even looking into it. Not okay.

I sent my return back weeks ago and somehow it just got ignored. Not sure who dropped the ball, but I’m still sitting here waiting on my refund like it’s my job to chase it down.
